All items are shipped via Australia Post and costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased - please contact us for any further enquiries.

Payment Methods

International 
Payments can only be submitted via paypal or paymate.

Australia
Payments are accepted via Bank deposit(St.George), Australian money order, Australian cheque, paymate or paypal.

Credit card payments are accepted through paypal or paymate only, you do not need to create an account with these online payment systems if using a credit card.

Please leave your Name as a reference when making bank deposits.

Money orders and cheques need to be made out to Razortango Trading. Please include the order details when posting.

Cheques are subject to bank clearance time and orders will not be shipped until this time.

To guard against loss or damage by Australia Post, registered post is highly recommended.

If there has been an issue with an order please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns
Returns are accepted due to manufacturing faults. Contact is to be made within 24 hours of receipt and item returned for inspection via registered post within 14 days. If a manufacturing fault is found then all money will be refunded.

If you would like to exchange your item for any other reason it will need to be returned within 7 days via a trackable postal method at the buyers expense. The item must be in the condition in which it was originally shipped.
